Think Differently, Live Differently
CBT is a practical, well-researched approach built on a simple but powerful idea: our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are all connected — and shifting one can shift the others. When we're stuck in a difficult pattern, it's often unhelpful or inaccurate thinking driving it, sometimes so automatic we don't even notice it happening.
In practice, this means learning to notice unhelpful thought patterns as they arise, gently examine whether they're actually true, and build new, more balanced ways of responding — both in your thinking and in your day-to-day actions. Over time, this creates real, lasting shifts in mood, behaviour, and how you relate to challenges as they come up.

How We'll Work Together
Sessions are collaborative and grounded in real situations, not textbook theory. We might look at a recent moment that felt hard and unpack the thoughts, feelings, and reactions that came up around it. From there, we'll often test whether a thought is actually accurate or just familiar, and practice building a more balanced way of responding. You'll usually leave with something small and practical to try before we meet again — a way of noticing, questioning, or responding differently in the moment it happens. Over time, these small shifts add up to real change in how you think, feel, and act.
